“Nature” is a short word that embodies gentleness and pure power. Humanity has been connected to and dependent on nature for survival since the dawn of our species. However, now we are beginning to drift apart as technology increasingly takes center stage. Every day deforestation and environmental destruction advance. We forget how important and beneficial nature is to us. Even the oxygen we breathe in comes from trees. Now some of us are becoming aware of the impact of losing nature and are longing to reconnect and be close to nature once again.

We are a nature-themed restaurant that is established by the owner who has deep love for forests, trees, gardens, and nature. Being in a family business that operates a factory, which wasn’t conducive to having a garden at home, the desire to embrace what he loves led to the idea of combining a restaurant with nature. This fusion led to the creation of our restaurant, where the atmosphere is infused with a charm that captivates every customer, drawing their attention and hearts with a garden filled with natural flora, large and small trees, interspersed with waterfalls and flowing streams, creating an almost perfect natural setting. Our aim is for every customer who dines with us to enjoy delicious meals in a lush, tree-filled environment, breathing in fresh, clean air. We aim to transform ordinary meals into the most memorable dining experiences, more than just eating to fill up and rushing back. We want you to enjoy the nature, relax, and de-stress from life’s troubles. We want you to breathe in the purified air, free from the pollution you’ve been exposed to, and return home feeling refreshed and at ease.
Since our garden is designed in the style of a Tropical Thai Moss Garden, it resembles a moist rainforest, which is highly suitable for Thailand’s hot and humid climate. We want to create lush green spaces where you can feel the tranquility, coolness, and gentleness no matter where you look. Our restaurant pays attention to every square inch of the garden. We paid attention to detail in arranging the plants and personally selected each plant by ourselves. It has become an exquisite garden, filled with love, that we have endeavored to create for our customers to experience.
The plants within the garden are quite delicate and may easily perish. Preserving such a naturally rich garden requires appreciative and careful observation without causing any disturbance. Our restaurant facilitates all customers by providing well-planned walkways, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the garden. We are committed and motivated to continue maintaining the natural beauty of the Tropical Thai Moss Garden, so you can visit and enjoy it again in the future.
Many people might have imagined what it would be like if one day our world was devoid of trees, rivers, and all natural elements. What would we be like then? Would we still be able to live? The answer lies within yourself. Ask yourself, as nature diminishes nowadays, which creatures are suffering? Needless to mention wild animals are suffering because even we, humans, complain about the heat every day. In some years, severe droughts lead to a lack of drinking and utility water, and the following year, massive floods cause damages to all forms of life. Not to mention the increasing problems of dust and various pollutants. This happens because there aren’t enough “trees” anymore. At CHOM CAFE & RESTAURANT, we are aware of and prioritize this issue, so we believe it is time for us to help conserve the environment and increase the green spaces around us. Therefore, we want to be part of the conservation effort by starting with our small effort: the natural garden in our restaurant.
